Biography

• Welcome to my homepage! I am a M.S. student in Applied Mathematics, ISTBI, Fudan University, where I am advised by Prof. Shanfeng Zhu. Previously, I got my B.Eng. degree from Southeast University. I also had a great time interning at ByteDance.
• My research interests lie in Homologous Protein Search, Protein Punction Prediction, and Protein Structure Prediction.
