Biography

• Welcome to my homepage! I am a Ph.D. student at the Department of Quantitative and Computational Biology, University of Southern California. I got my M.S. degree in Applied Mathematics from ISTBI, Fudan University with Prof. Shanfeng Zhu. Previously, I got my B.Eng. degree in Automation from Southeast University. I also have a great time interning at ByteDance and Biomap.

• My research interests lie in Protein Language Model and its applications in areas like Homologous Protein Search.
